The chief minister of Haryana is appointed by the Governor and is the head of the Council of Ministers of Haryana. He is the chief executive of the North Indian state of Haryana. After the general election in the Haryana Legislative Assembly are held, the party or coalition group which secures majority votes elects its leader and forwards his name to the Governor. He is the main cord between the Governor and the Council of Ministers and none can contact each other without his interference. He has the right to advise and suggest the Governor of Haryana to dissolve the Haryana Legislative Assembly, in case, he finds that the government cannot be carried on in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution or in case he is likely to lose the majority.

Total ten people have served as the Chief Minister of Haryana since 1966. B. D. Sharma who belonged to the Indian National Congress party was the appointed as the first chief minister of Haryana. The longest-serving chief minister was Bansi Lal of Indian National Congress who held the office for over 12 years.

Manohar Lal Khattar who belongs to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) took his oath as the chief minister on October 26, 2014, and since his appointment, he is continuously working to develop Haryana.

    Sir,
    with great humiliation and positive hope i wish to remind you the personal meetings with you at Haryana Bhawan New Delhi. I am ex-serviceman of Haryana who have been dragged out from my residence vpo khambi tehsil Hodal district Palwal, my residence property had been encroached under the connivance with local police in collusion with Rajesh s/o Birmanand ex-sarpanch of the village along with some family members namely Rambabu, Ruggi@ Raghunandan, Ramkumar @ Kallu all s/o Sh Netram village of Khambi. under the seal and signature of Rajesh s/o Birmanand ex-sarpanch of the village by fogging/fabricating the documents /sale deed. the complaints given to SHO Hassanpur, DSP Hodal and SP Palwal DGP Haryana, the written complaint dispatched to you also. rather to take any lawful action the matter is being handed over to the same officers who are held responsible for the crime. WPC No.20474/14 order dated 28.04.16 not being compliance with and the applicant unable to visit the village , not being called for any inquiry till date. kindly get the justice to ex-serviceman

    Sir, I have rendered more than 22 years 09 Months 22 days service in elementry education as JBT teacher and have been retired from Govt. Senior Secondary School, Ankhir (Faridabad) Haryana during the year 2014. My earned leave for the period 09 Months 22 days are still pending for encashnent after retirement. This is being done due to lack of knowledge and misinterpretation of rules whereas the earned leave are to be calculated on pro rata basis for the remaining period i.e. 09 Months 22 days for encashment. No proper attention is being taken on those letters which are routed through CM Window. Kindly help us to get encashed my remaining un-utilised earned leave for above mentioned period.
