Very BAD BAD BAD mobiles sales Cheated for me unconditionally phone handover to me... Very cheated staff in BIg c I say every body you can buy a mobile purchase any where EXECEPT BIG C I CAN LOSS MY MONEY MY TIME... CHEATED SHOP IS THE BIG C ... can't support. The staff..... Very rubbish staff..... Within few days I go for consumer forum aganaist Big c & mobile company......

When you go to purchase they say all the things will give you this and that but once you purchased the product and there is a problem then they say it is not in our hand and all shit. Particularly about the insurance policy firstly they will not explain terms and conditions directly they say will replace the product in any physical damage when it happens they will say we provide service only for the damage part we wil not able to replace the product. Big C is one of the fraud company I have seen so please don't go for there sugar coated words. Surely I wi file a complaint against the company
