Apurva Agnihotri is an Indian actor who born on 2nd December 1972. He is also noted for television actor. He was born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. His father name is Gyan Dev Agnihotri. He did her schooling from Sheiling Based School, Kanpur and did her graduation in Bachelor of Arts in 1993 from Bhavan College in Mumbai.
Apurva Agnihotri made his first film “Pardes” in the year 1997 co-starring by Shahrukh Khan and directed by Subhash Ghai. The film had high success and Apurva Agnihotri nominated for the Best Supporting Role at Zee Cine Awards 1997. In the year 1999, he appeared in the film “Pyar Koi Khel Nahin”. After that, he played a short role in several films include Krodh(2000), Hum Ho Gaye Aapke(2001), Kasoor(2001), Pyar Diwana Hota Hai(2002), Dhund(2003), Lakeer(2004).
After playing several roles in films, Apurva offered to play a Lead role in the Television serial “Jassi Jesi Koi Nahin”. He accepted that offer and played the lead role of Arman Suri. In 2005, he won the Best Actor Award in Indian Telly Awards. Later he played several roles in Television Serials include Kaajjal(2006), Sapna Babul Ka….Bidaaai(2007). Aasman Se Aage(2012), Pyar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara(2014), Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh(2014), Saubhagyalaxmi(2016), Bepannah(2018).
On 15th September 2013, Apurva participated in Big Boss season 7 with his wife Shilpa Sakhlani. In that season Big Boss had a theme of Jahannum(Hell) or Jannat(Heaven).
In 2004, he got married to Shilpa Sakhlani. On 20 May 2012, he was arrested by the Mumbai Police in case of Drugs in Juhu.
