  2. Regarding unprofessional behaviour and rudness of cce with me.
    I had recharged with your 39 roaming pack yesterday at round of 01:34 pm. Also, I am having aircel network in my cellphone. And my balabce keep on deducting.
    Than I just called your customer support number, their I had words with VIJENDRA SINGH, I think he is new, he don’t have any product knowledge also he don’t know about baics of avaya while talking to our coworkers we have to uSe mute. I was not satisfied wih his given information and reply than I just told him to please transfer my call to supeRvisour at the same time he didn’t followd any script and blindly transfered my call to IVR. I kept on hearing your ivr for 26 minutes and than again call u back with y same number by using confrence, simultaneously again call landed to vijendra singh itself. As I just told him my name and problem than again he transfered me blind folded to ivr. This is so worst for e because it waS an my first experience with your CCE. And I have experince very bad impact on me, my contact no. 8802553502. And if you have any call backs to me you are free to call me beetwen 10 am to 1 pm on 8802663502

    I tried reaching your Customer Service using 9841012345 in Chennai. As soon as I dialed I got an IVR to choose the Language option and I choosed the language to ENGLISH. Even though I have chosen the English language, my call landed into Tamil Customer Service Coembeture . When I was requesting the lady to transfer the call to the English department she was asking her neighbors and was making fun of me without keeping me on HOLD and was repeatedly telling my request as I dont know Tamil, What A Great Customer Service. Finally I got a hold with Mr Shrinivanas who was able to speak English, but does not understand my question and behaved very worst, when I asked him to escalate my call to Supervisor or TL or Manager, he just replied NOT POSSIBLE and disconnected my PHONE. WHAT THE HELL SERVICE?

    I want an IMMIDIATE ACTION ON THIS OTHERWISE I AM ALSO SUBMITTING A COMPLAIN AT CONSUMER COAT AND ALSO PROMOTE THIS INCONVENIECE I ALL SOCIAL MEDIA

    With due respect I “Ritesh Kumar” a consumer of aircel ,number is 8507741705.(alternative number:9934637691)
    I very seriously want o lodge a complain which is not at all addressed by any of your costomer service executives.My case is that last month I had recharged my number with 155 as i always do for getiing 1 GB 3g data.This time after recharge i was not getting speed,so i called up on 121 and asked for the solution,the executive on that side said that you can not use dongle to get this service you need to recharge it by 198.This was very surprising for me as i was doing it from the last an year or two.My recharge agent had also said that it is 155 rs for 1GB 3g data.Any way I started using it on mobile but again no speed and called the customer care where i was told to get some main balance on the card.I did that but while surfing my main balance was getting deducted.When I informed this the man that side was not actually giving any solution but was always transferring my call to somebody else when the call stayed waiting for long long times.Then after I found that my number was probable blocked and i was not able to call any agent.This thing happened for around 15-18 days.
    A day some body on line suggested me to call 198 ,there i was very properly conveyed that my recharge of 155 will do,The guy said that some executive had given me the wrong information. He said you try now the things will all get done from our side.I was happy to talk to this guy but then again i found no difference.the main balance is only getting deducted I think I have recharged it for three times with Rs 10.
    My complian now can be easily understood.I am not able to use it from the last recharge.I got tired and frustrated calling your agents and felt insulted time and again.They were only concerned that I sould cut the call.A very informal and disaggreable approach of your customer care executive have made me feel very ungratified.l am very sorry but this unprofessional and amateur approach is getting aircel a very bad name.
    I am a professor in IT technologies and a old consumer in aircel but am very sad to be taken for guaranteed.I have taken a number of aircel in spite of its high charges still insult by any customer care executives are not been faced now.My this month recharge will expire on 5th of september and still 1000 + MB data is on that.So this complain of mine is for the benefit of aircel and for me now.

  8. This is to inform you that I am very disappointed with the service that I faced with my number
    that is why I ported the same with another service provider now I want to take your service again now I am
    facing challenge in activation of my new number.My bill is pending 205/Rs. for my old
    number and if I am saying deduct my account from my security deposit then no one helping
    me and I am getting this information that my new number can’t be activated until I make
    payment for older one after I have deposited 250/Rs. for new connection as well.
    It’s very pathetic for me or for any cust who is using ur service,I don’t think,it’s a gud service
    This is direct impact on customer to not to use your service ever in life.
