Did his degree in Diploma in Acting. He follows Hinduism. In his childhood Adarsh was interested in Classical Singing, even used to participate in local singing competitions as well. But at the age of 11, his interest developed in Acting, as at the age of 11, there was a journalist in his colony who used to take interviews of kids, when she took Adarsh’s interview she asked him what you want to become when you grow up? instead of singing, he replied Acting. Gourav came to Mumbai fro Jamshedpur in 2007 to become an actor. In Mumbai, he continued to learn music at Suresh Wadkar’s Music Academy – “Ajivasan”. Padma Wadkar wife of Suresh Wadkar was quite impressed with Gourav’s Singing skills, she also helped him to get few opportunities, he was one of Chorus singer in Sukhwinder Singh's song in movie Black and White in 2008. He was a lead vocalist of a music band named Oak Island in his college days. He has done many theatre plays and one of the renowned Theatre Personality Raell Padamsee suggested him to go for Film Auditions. He learned acting skills from THE DRAMA SCHOOL academy, Mumbai and also worked as a director there. He auditioned for the movie My Name Is Khan for the role of Shahrukh Khan’s child but was not selected after some time gets a call to play the young Shahrukh khan role in the film. Also acted in the movie MOM in 2017.
